We are frontend and backend developers, designers, user experience specialists, design thinkers, and project managers. I was born and grew up on an island with 15’000 inhabitants in the middle of the Atlantic. My desire to learn new things took me eastwards and eventually led me to settle in Switzerland. As a software developer, I am familiar with a wide variety of languages, from Fortran to Clojure, but the most difficult language for me is still German. Mastering this language would definitely be the biggest catch for me personally. For over 20 years, Marco has been active in the IT industry, working in areas ranging from engineering and project management to sales and international business development. He is particularly fascinated by the “magic moments” at the intersection of technology and people. Matt loves making the complex simple, understanding users’ needs and making their lives a little easier. When he’s not making software more useful, user-friendly and beautiful, he spends his time exploring new places on his motorcycle, making music or drawing and designing things. He is a typography nerd, loves design, art and architecture. Matt generally enjoys the finer things in life; good coffee, craft beer, whisky and the occasional cigar, as well as good company. Solving tricky problems in the food industry in a multicultural environment is what drives Michael. Fascinated by trends and innovations, he gives free rein to his creativity to design and optimize new digital business models and processes. As a bridge builder, he breaks down silos and motivates the team to reach new sprinting heights, and not just during joint sporting activities. Michael loves the excitement of go-lives and electro-muscle stimulation workouts in equal measure. In addition to sporting recreation, he likes to spoil friends and family with delicacies or often stands at the barbecue at well-known music festivals. His day consists of two halves: During the day, Silvan loves to develop in Clojure. At night, he swaps the code for other letters and enjoys reading books for hours on end. An expert when it comes to brewing: as a software developer, he is sober and analytical, and in the evenings he likes to have a good time with a good craft beer. He simply still appreciates first-class craftsmanship. Anna is fascinated by creative problem-solving approaches because they require collaboration and allow for mistakes. She puts people at the center and explores needs and motivations with curiosity. She is motivated by the joy of continuous improvement and trying out new approaches. In her private life, she cherishes her home – her oasis, loves culinary indulgence and the company of good friends, is data-driven in her training and enjoys immersing herself in her children’s worlds as an observer. Digital technology fascinates Kimberly and at the same time she loves vintage and therefore enjoys rummaging through second-hand shops. Sometimes her creative side gets the better of her and she turns nothing into something special. She likes to blow off excess steam in the boxing studio. Boss and team player: Christian doesn’t have a fixed desk as he prefers to work in the middle of things. This is exactly how he manages projects with customers and the team. He loves all the high-tech functions of his Tesla. Mohammad is a calm, helpful person and likes to think outside the box. He loves challenges, is very precise and always wants to deliver his work with that certain something. He enjoys traveling and cooking and also likes video games. Flair for numbers and people: Payroll accounting, human resources, internal cost accounting, financial accounting, event management, office management and executive assistance – none of this is rocket science for Marina. No wonder she is our “fairy godmother”. Florim loves programming! He also enjoys traveling, jet skiing, driving (racing) and playing basketball. When he’s not at work, he reads blogs about programming and technology trends. Marc is a curious and adventurous individual with a deep passion for technology. When he’s not diving into the latest engineering breakthroughs, he’s likely enjoying video games, foraging for mushrooms with friends, or exploring new corners of the world. With an optimistic outlook on the future, he’s excited about how innovation can shape and advance human progress. Elias loves innovation and simple solutions to complex problems. The more complex the problem, the more the task appeals to him. He is always driven by the pursuit of efficiency. He sees himself as a bridge builder and has set himself the task of connecting the digital and analog worlds. And what else? You will probably find him on the tennis court, in the middle of beautiful Lake Constance or hiking in the countryside. He is so sporty that he is glad he doesn’t have an e-bike. Otherwise Rodrigo would have already had to pay huge fines. In the office, he impresses with his quick thinking and his almost endless willingness to help. A globetrotter in the truest sense of the word. Through his time in the hotel and catering industry, Otto has gotten to know many countries, people and cultures and experienced them at first hand. His interest in new technologies means that he is constantly learning more in this area. In his free time, he enjoys sports and regularly goes climbing and running. During the day, Manuel strives for effective software engineering that is fun for both developers and customers. In the evenings, he becomes Chief Lego Officer with his family or climbs the region’s mountains on two wheels. With a background in economics, I started programming out of curiosity, but eventually found my passion. Currently, four languages are essential in my everyday life: Spanish, English, Chinese and JavaScript. When I’m not working on my computer, I’m a foodie, enjoy traveling and being in nature. Bernadette knows the processes and challenges in the food industry and is passionate about digital transformation in the sector. With creativity, great quality awareness and following the motto ” nothing is impossible “, customer service is very close to her heart. Fascinated by nature, she searches for natural and mineral resources (truffles) with her four-legged friend whenever possible. At work, Fang-Lin enjoys developing software and tools using C++ and Python. Every morning, she starts her day by making latte art. In her personal life, she proudly serves as the “official poop scooper” for her two beloved cats. Additionally, she’s been playing volleyball for over 20 years and is determined to keep playing for another 20. Stella is a vibrant, fun-loving personality with a passion for modern technology and an endless well of creativity. As a fashion designer, no idea is too daring for her—just don’t ask for anything orange. She’s constantly seeking ways to streamline her daily life and sees untapped potential in everyone and everything around her. To balance her dynamic lifestyle, she pours her energy into Krav Maga, stand-up comedy, and dancing, where her lively spirit truly shines. As a software developer, Artur focuses on providing functions that are tailored to business requirements. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, especially with his photography equipment on his back. Landscapes are his favorite type of photography. “A goal without a plan is just a wish”. As a project manager, Claudia follows this mantra and believes that projects succeed through openness to change and transparent communication at eye level. Planning is very important to Claudia in her personal life also, so that she always has enough time to enjoy experiences with friends and family. Manuela is always on the lookout for the best methods to achieve invaluable results at high speed combined with the shortest amount of meeting hours. That is how she became our Design Sprint evangelist. She loves the dynamic environment of digital transformation. Apart from the fast paced digital world, she loves to try out new things such as pottery, sketching, … and her most indulging hobby that is the art of good wine. For the past 12 years Doma has worked in digital marketing for various companies and she is very excited to continue her professional journey with Deep Impact. She was born and raised in Nepal and then moved to Germany for her studies. Outside of work, she loves traveling, photography, making art, doing yoga, singing in the shower and playing the ukulele. Yes, you read that right: He is a secret weapon. Gilbert’s skills are so complex that he can only work on complicated things. His nickname is Topsy Krett. Talented web fans
