Mobile ID is the solution used by all Swiss mobile phone providers to guarantee a secure login method. With Mobile ID you no longer need an additional token, you can simply log in with your mobile phone.

DEEP IMPACT was commissioned by Swisscom to give the “Mobile ID” product a new shine. The assignment included a new branding and a new website including an activation function. An agile project method was chosen to successfully complete the project within the tight schedule of approx. 5 weeks.
New branding – professional yet playful
DEEP IMPACT has given the product a new branding so that Mobile ID appears as its own brand. The logo and colour scheme are intended to emphasise the convenience and simplicity of the product. The colour scheme and communication should be provider-independent.
New website
In order to reach more users and increase the number of providers, DEEP IMPACT was commissioned to develop a new website. The KPIs are to be achieved through clear navigation and a user-friendly layout. A/B testing and analytics tools were integrated to ensure continuous optimisation and measurability. The figures are continuously monitored and analysed.
The activation function is at the centre of the website. Users should be able to activate their Mobile ID on mobileid.ch. A secure connection to Swisscom’s protected software was established for this purpose. DEEP IMPACT set up this connection and the necessary environment, thereby enabling activation including error management. Event tracking was also implemented for in-depth analyses.
